Chronic pain from old or new injuries is NOT NECESSARY. I may be the first one to tell you that, but its true.

When you engage in repetitive movements, the body memorizes a pattern. That pattern puts your body into compensation. This is exacerbated after injury. Ankles, knees, hips, shoulders. . . It doesn’t matter what pains you, that pain is telling your something. Your body is out of alignment.

You don’t need to suffer. Just because you’ve been injured, doesn’t mean you’re maimed for life. Your body heals itself when it is given the opportunity. And that opportunity is ALIGNMENT. Get out of compensation, train the body to utilize ALL of the musculature anatomically, and it will respond with pain reduction, healing, and increased energy.

Who doesn’t want that? Best part. . . Is that you can do on your own 🙂
