Skydive North West - also known as the North West Parachute Centre is one of the longest established skydiving and parachuting centres in Europe. Skydive North West has introduced thousands of people from all over the world to the magical sport of skydiving and is considered to be the friendliest skydiving centre in the country.

Tandem skydiving really is a great way to experience your first skydive; whether you are skydiving for your own fun, making a charity skydive or just proving to yourself and friends that you really are capable of doing something that little bit different. You will experience the rush and amazing beauty of freefall at around 120 mph on your very first skydive. This will last just under a minute and you can enjoy the whole incredible experience knowing that you're in the hands of a friendly, qualified skydiving professional.

Your skydiving adventure can also be filmed by one of our talented cameramen who will film your pre-jump excitement, journey on the plane and tandem skydive itself. Fly and land your own parachute

For those who want to fly their own parachute from their very first jump or learn to skydive the 'traditional' way - the static line parachute jump is ideal. It's low cost, exciting and if you want it to be - a genuine step towards learning to become a skydiver youself.

Your first parachute jump is from 3,500 - 4,500 feet and your parachute will automatically deploy as you fall away from the aircraft using a device called a 'static line'. It's a great and 'hands on' alternative to a tandem skydive.
